At Mesa, He Is in Good Hands
Mesa is fantastic. The front desk staff and techs are always friendly and easy to work with and the vets are amazing. I’ve always been given multiple options with transparent conversations around price when discussing any health concerns for my dog. My dog is family and means everything to me. I know that at Mesa, he is in good hands, and we will keep him happy and healthy as he ages.
Front Desk Team Is Incredibly Helpful
My experiences at Mesa have always been stellar! The front desk team is incredibly helpful and dotes on my stressed-out dog when we arrive, putting him at ease. The care that I’ve received from the veterinarians has been top-notch. This past visit the doctor went above and beyond to look at all possible causes for my dog’s issues. I know he’s in good hands there.
For the last 44 years, we have taken our dogs (all 7) to Mesa. They have consistently been friendly, helpful, caring, and compassionate, employing up-to-date diagnostic and treatment methods and giving our pups the best care. We wholeheartedly recommend the Mesa Veterinary practice.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic! My dog needed a TPLO surgery and my current veterinary wait time was pushed out. Since I am getting ready to move out of state, I was recommended to check this place out. Not only are they incredibly compassionate, patient, and friendly but they are overall understanding, affordable and you can tell they work very hard to find solutions. Although they didn’t have a slot for my puppy dog, I’m glad I stopped by and got to meet with them! Thank you to Liz and Dr. Kingett for all your help!
An Excellent, Well-Run Operation
After trying another veterinary clinic and being greatly disappointed, as well as feeling they did not respect my time, I found Mesa Veterinary Hospital. They are professional and caring and have an excellent, well-run operation. Their staff is generally friendly and efficient. We did not have to wait very long, and our vet, Samantha Kingett really was thorough and discussed all of her findings in-depth. We were able to ask many questions and also get cost estimates for any services or lab tests. I highly recommend Mesa Veterinary Hospital!
So Thankful for the Great Care
I’ve been taking my pets to Mesa for almost 20 years now. We mostly see Dr. Nickerson, who is simply phenomenal with our pets and us. She provides excellent care for the animals and easy instructions for us. She is the best! We have also had urgent visits with other vets, and they’ve all been wonderful as well. The front desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had educational visits with vet techs so they can show me how to provide a specific kind of care to my aging pet. Everybody who works at Mesa is wonderful, and I’m so thankful for the great care for our furry family members.
I have 3 pet birds and betta fish (in addition to my cats and dogs). Dr. Katzenbach always tries to make time to see us when it’s an urgent situation. She is one of the most knowledgeable veterinarians I have worked with and her rates are very reasonable for an exotic animal veterinarian.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My bearded dragon was having a hard time with her egg-laying and we decided it was best to have her spayed. Her spay ended up being not as straightforward as we hoped (she had some surprises inside), but Dr. Katzenbach and her team kept me updated through the whole process and made sure my little lady was okay. Everyone was so kind and I knew as soon as I came in for the initial consult we were in good hands. I also want to note that compared to other hospitals in the area, their prices are great! I can’t thank this practice enough for taking such great care of Modelo and our family! ❤️
I have trusted Mesa with taking care of my pets for over 20 years. The staff is passionate about what they do and sincerely cares for the animals and owners. They are amazing and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
